Joint Task Force troops cordoned off the scene of an explosion in Kano late last evening
Eyewitnesses said a bomb exploded on Zoo Road near a local pharmacy triggering panic in the area.
The
loud explosion at Zaria Road by Zoo Road Kano was followed by sporadic
shootings. People have been running in all directions in fear.
However, a JTF source said there was no casualty recorded and that troops have already sealed the area.
