Look, it's Lady Gaga "without" makeup, and isn't she so lovely? Except it looks like her lips have been up to something nefarious involving maybe needles or Jell-O or even that weird, tingly lip gloss that makes it look like you had some kind of bad reaction to shellfish, but only in your mouth.
In any case, Gaga's looking pretty swell these days -- no pun intended -- and it's nice to see her in something relatively normal for a change, right?
