WHY DO THINGS FALL APART for ajegunle music group DANFO DRIVERS

Weeks back, in an exclusive interview, one of the members of the erstwhile hit making group, Danfo Drivers, Henry Azubuike AKAMad Melon” has told the whole world that he has gone solo and was no longer with his partner.

Mad Melon who used the opportunity to introduce his solo debut titled "Back In The Days" narrated what had brought about his going solo accusing his partner Mountain Black of no longer contributing much as he used to, towards their song writing and search for performance deals.

Weeks after the interview, we have since discovered other reasons why the group crashed. It was revealed that their career and personal relationship began to suffer set back nearly 4 years ago after the release of their album in year 2011, titled "Back To Sender".

According to source, Mountain Black lost interest in music and at a stage stopped composing songs, leaving everything for his partner Mad Melon to do and this is because their second album did not sell up to a thousand copies. It was a flop and the guy was somehow discouraged. I think as he was thinking of what else to go into then; he happened to fall in love with one rich business lady who was desperate in marrying him. Their romance deepened to the extent that Mountain Black left his rented apartment in Satellite Town, Lagos and that has been where he is living.

The lady has been doing all she can to have him on her side; she even bought cars for him. I used to think she has introduced the guy into automobile business, our source revealed. Going further, he also confirmed that from there, Mountain Black threw away his songs note book and began to look the other way as a means of survival.

"When Mad Melon went to him for them to do new songs and record them, Mountain Black continued to post him, until Mad Mellon decided to go solo. They discussed it and Mountain Black gave him his blessings", our source who is very close to the two revealed
